Delivery and Returns
Thank you for visiting and shopping at The BRC Collective. The following terms and conditions constitute our Delivery Service.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 working days.
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, some other areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands may take a few extra days.Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
All deliveries will require a signature.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The BRC Collective is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
The BRC Collective is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside the UK.
The BRC Collective prides itself on insuring you are 100% happy with your purchase. In the event of an issue, please let us know and we will aim for it to be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please note we only accept returns on unopened bottles.
The customer is responsible for all postage and courier charges.
A refund will be issued within 3-5 working days once we receive your order back at our warehouse.
